This is a mutual and legally binding Agreement/Contract between Risen1Music.com and the Artist/Band. Risen1Music.com is committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through music using a website where free downloads can be made of certain music provided by Artist/Band for this purpose.
- The Artist/Band consents to give at least one track of music to Risen1Music.com for free downloads. Additional songs may be provided if Artist/Band so chooses.
- The Artist/Band certifies that the songs provided for download are either not copyrighted, or the Artist/Band owns the copyright and is providing the material free of any mechanical charges, for its use. Artist/Band agrees to hold harmless Risen1Music.com for the use of the materials on the website and will indemnify Risen1Music.com for any losses the Artist/Band may incur as a result of using the materials.
- Artist/Band agrees to allow Risen1Music.com to promote and sell the Artist/Band's CD's online.
- The Artist/Band retains exclusive ownership of all the rights of the master sound recordings and copyrights.
- This agreement is for one year and will automatically renew at its anniversary for one year terms unless one of the parties express, in writing, a desire to terminate the agreement one month before its anniversary date.
- The Artist/Band agrees to ensure that vulgarity, nudity or obscenities are not displayed within the Risen1Music.com web site nor within any site linked to Risen1Music.com. Violation of this policy is grounds for the immediate removal of your account, music, images from our website. No membership refunds will be granted if your account is removed because of violating this clause.
- Mp3 Downloadable CDs-Proceeds from the sale of CDs/tracks will be distributed as follows:

- The Artist/Band agrees that Risen1Music.com has the authority to refuse to allow music, images and any other content that the staff of Risen1Music.com deems inappropriate for the mission of this company.
- The person that accepts this agreement certifies to Risen1Music.com that he/she has authority to bind the Artist/Band and will serve as the contact person for Risen1Music.com with the Artist/Band.
